They replaced the dried scent and everything works great!.The diffuser itself was fine, but for the price it was necessary for it to come with a supply of scents....that's where the problem lies. The scent pads came dry and had absolutely no smell. I am assuming they dried in storage and weren't fresh. I emailed the company to remedy this solution and their response was to drop scent oils onto the pads.
