Whereas normally I would crave the use of the lamp within a day or two of not using it, having taken this vitamin B and vitamin D supplement, within three days I no longer felt any need for its use and unconsciously retired it for the remaining four 'dark' months. I use the word 'unconsciously' because the lamp was never used again after taking this combination of supplements.Using this supplement, there is no sense of propping oneself up with a substance to achieve a momentary high that soon dissipates but simply the maintaining of your natural balance that now allows for a seamless transition from summer into Autumn and beyond.
