I have also tried the method of restarting them and holding until pairing?** A: I had this problem too. Im not sure why it happened.. there are times where i would have them both out and then i take one out (L) and leave it idle on my desk.. and then i'd walk away with the other one (R) in my ear (with my phone in my pocket). the left one on the table might of lost connection as i walked away and disrupted the connection all together (making the R one the dominant one now?) I've done this many times and have not had a problem but this one time it happened. Its funny b/c from all standard purposes, the L one sees to be the dominant/main headphone when you first buy it. Anyway, time went on and when I was done, I put them back in the case (picked up the L and just put it in the charger) and didnt think anything of it. The next day when it came to using them. they would BOTH connect , but only the R one would work and the left one wouldn't. I checked my bluetooth settings and i noticed that BOTH are connected to the phone (independently). Normally when using it I only see the L connected and the R is paired to the L. After playing around I was able to switch from L to R but only at once, they woudln't work together. frustrating!! (as I am on the train going to work and i dont have to sit down and pair these things. When I got to work, I was able to turn off my bluetooth on my phone, so they dont connect when i take them out of the charging box. Then i took both out of the charger, they automatically turn on. i turned them both off by holding it button on both down. after they shut off, I turned them both on at the same time, HOLDING the button down.. as i held the button down they both blinked orange 2x , and then another 2x... and then they both blinked blue and orange a couple of times, and that synced them back together. As i put them back in my ear i can hear CONNECTED, Left channel, RIGHT channel (then out of the L, i hear 2nd device connected). So that worked for me.. i had to literally hold them down for about a good 7-10 seconds at the same time. you have to make sure they arent connected to anything via bluetooth to fully reset the processes.
