Fortunately it is only a small item and turned out well in the end. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great customer service *by C***W on 25 November 2020* Delivery was earlier than quoted however did arrive damaged (no doubt thanks to Hermes "yeet it over the fence" method of delivery). I contacted the seller and they quickly arranged for replacement parts which arrived the next day. So I really can't fault their customer service! The replacements were wrapped in enough bubble wrap and cardboard to prevent damage from even the most heroic of Hermes' employees. The product itself is easy to put together, sturdy enough and perfect as a bookcase/toy storage for my daughters room! Would buy again and the fact they didn't hesitate to replace damaged items goes a long way too.
