Kind regards Caroline **Q: Is delivery cost the same if you order in bulk or for each tile** A: Yes quite easily **Q: Can they be applied over old tiles?** A: Yes they can. **Q: Can you cut these with sharp scissors or a stanley knife?** A: Good morning Thank you for your enquiry. These are tile pieces on a mesh backing sheet, the backing sheet can be cut with scissors or a sharp blade but the tile pieces would need and electric tile cutter. These are not peel and stick tiles, this is an error in the Amazon listing but it is stated in the description that they are tiles that need adhesive and grout.
