The suction holders keep falling out of the holes but may shape themselves better and hold after a few goes. The cleaning is ok expect where the target piece is. Not sure if that comes out haven't tired

A: no it is not suitable for free standing

**Q: will this stick to any wall or does it need to be tiled?**
A: Hi.It was stuck to a tiled area.  I felt there were not enough suctions caps to hold this in place.
