## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐ As Described
*by A***R on 12 December 2019*

Delivered on time and product as described, it was never going to be the perfect laptop but for the price was a bargain and does everything it needs to.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Value for Money
*by G***Y on 2 January 2020*

The laptop is undoubtedly good value for money, it worked straight out of the box and it does what it's supposed to do but I would have gone for the Intel chip set version if I had known as it is noticeably faster than the Ryzen chip on normal day to day office work.

### ⭐⭐ Lifespan? What Lifespan?
*by F***M on 24 May 2021*

While it worked it was good, but after just 2 years the lid hinge broke, and cracked the case. Then, after a further 2 months of using it carefully propped open, the m/b failed. It wasn't an expensive laptop as far as they go, but less than 2.5 years just isn't good enough. I won't be buying HP again.
