Except this month I got an extra surprise when I went in for an ultrasound a week before my period, and was told by my doctor that they saw me actively ovulating during the ultrasound. I highly recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Idk *by S***Y on November 18, 2022* Overall I’ve been using this for about 2 to 3 months and I’m not on birth control, it was helping regulate my periods but the last few cycles have hurt a lot more, we’ve been close a few times to getting pregnant but unfortunately I don’t think this supplement is right for me, I’d still give it a try though if your interested for it has other benefits. After a while I started getting nauseas from just swallowing the pills in the morning, I wouldn’t mind trying a different flavor.
