So for this one works just as great. I've been using it mainly as a fruit knife so I haven't used it much in the kitchen yet but I'm sure it'll perform just as well. The knife also comes in a very nice box so since it's the holiday season, gifting it to your food enthusiast friend could be a good idea. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sharp as it acts in the vedio but handle is a little bit heavier than expected *by C***A on November 22, 2018* Updated: after around 3 or 4 of gentle use of cutting vegetables and fruits like tomatoes, the head of this kitchen knife became curved. Not heavily but still decided to buy a new replacement instead.bought this for my mum because she was kept complaining about her old chef was too dull, and of course, sharpening didn’t work so long as she hoped. The reason I chose this one is because I saw the vedio how this knife sharp is, which really surprised me. I do really glad that mom is happy with this knife, and I can see how sharp it is-just like how it acts in the vedio. Only use it for couple weeks for now, hope it’ll have same quality after years :) It’s works well with veggies, not sure about fish or meat. Only one thing the old lady doesn’t very satisfied with is the weight of the handle, she thinks it’s a little bit heavier, but for me it’s fine. Hope this will be helpful.
