It would be later that I would learn about what citrate is. I don’t recall thinking these gummies made my stomach upset but all the trips to the bathroom seemed to making me feel “lite” lean and less bloated. I’m still giving this product a 5. Even though I didn’t read about them and I didn’t follow directions, I have to say nothing negative happened. I will be ordering them again. I experienced all the positives. I slept well, experienced a cleanse and was light on my feet. I recommend them but I recommend following directions AND even locking them up if you have to. If anyone is curious if they cramped me up….no, I never had cramping
