## Overview

Stormdry Masonry Waterproofing Cream is a premium, BBA-certified exterior sealer that provides 25 years of waterproof protection for brick, stone, mortar, sandstone, and granite. Its breathable, colourless formula penetrates deeply in a single coat, preserving the natural look of masonry while preventing moisture damage and maintaining thermal insulation. Independently tested and manufactured under ISO standards, Stormdry offers a reliable, easy-to-apply solution trusted by professionals to safeguard buildings against damp and weathering.

## Description

Storm dry was developed and released by Safeguard Europe in 2009 with the aim of creating a highly effective, breathable, colourless brick sealer. In 2015 Storm dry became the only masonry protection cream to be BBA certified (certificate number: 15/5198). BBA testing showed that the product will remain effective as a water repellent for a period of 25 years. It is supplied in the form of a deeply penetrating ‘cream’ that is applied to the wall surface in a single coat using a roller or brush. Once Storm dry has been applied it will permeate deeply into the masonry before curing to form a water-repellent barrier. Tested to BS EN ISO 15148:2002 on a wide range of substrates - including bricks, mortars, and sandstone. Manufactured in the UK under an ISO9001/14001 quality and environmental management system.

Review: Easy to apply. - I recently applied Stormdry Masonry Waterproofing Cream to my home’s exterior sand stone walls, and the results have been outstanding. The cream’s thick consistency made application straightforward, adhering well without dripping. After curing, water beads off the surface, indicating effective water repellency.  One of the standout features is its breathability; it prevents water ingress while allowing moisture within the walls to escape, reducing the risk of damp-related issues. Additionally, the product is BBA-approved, offering peace of mind regarding its durability and performance.  A slight darkening of the brick was noticeable immediately after application, but this faded over time, returning the bricks to their original appearance. It’s worth noting that proper surface preparation is crucial; cleaning the masonry beforehand ensures optimal absorption and effectiveness.  Overall, Stormdry has exceeded my expectations, providing a reliable and long-term solution to protect my home from penetrating damp.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Supereinfach zu verarbeiten

Tolles Material (wie Puddig 😄). Lässt sich super verarbeiten. Habe es in einen Rolleneimer umgefüllt, ist einfach ohne Rückstände im Origenaleimer in den Rolleneimer herübergeplumps. Wurde von der Fassadenfarbrollle gut aufgenommen und ließ sich super auf die Wand aufbringen. Jetzt warten wir auf den nächsten Starkregen, ob dann die Wand keine Feuchtigkeit mehr aufnimmt und das tröpfeln über dem Fenster aus dem Fenstersturz aufhört. 🍀 UPDATE: Die Creme hält was sei verspricht, es hat mehrfach teils stark geregnet und dass Wasser perlt einfach ab. Es dringt keine Feuchtigkeit mehr ein und das Tröpfeln aus dem Fensresturz hat auch aufgehört. Super Produkt, sehr zu empfehlen! UPDATE2: Jetzt ist der Ansrich 1 Jahr auf der Wand und alles ist weiterhin dicht, und auch Starkregen perlt weiterhin ab. 👍🏻
