The instep of my GS Traveler loafers were super tight. It was so tight that it cause a knot in my foot so I was desperate. I bought this and followed the instructions and it seemed to have fixed the issue well. Now that areas that was hurting my instep have been stretched with the instep stretcher and this spray.
