We did this in a new build house so it was installed along with our countertops at the same time. I ordered the black drain separately (from Kraus) and love that it has a cohesive look with the sink being a perfect match. It’s easy to clean and even if you end up with white etching from mineral deposits or harsh cleaners, it can be restored easily (so I have read). So far I haven’t had to do that though. Have had it now for about 6 months. The depth is great and allows me to clean deep pots with no problem. We also haven’t had any issues with scratching the surface. Would definitely purchase again.

**Q: Can double check if it comes with the strainer and towel?**
A: It does come with a strainer.

**Q: is it dark b;ack or more of a dark, charcoal?**
A: Black. It is a great sink, easy to clean and holding up to kids.

**Q: Our counter top hole size is 31x20. Is this feasible?**
A: The hole in my counter for this sink as an undermount is 28.5x18.5". I think your 31" dimension would be too big, even if the sink were drop-in mounted.

**Q: Is the color shiny black or matte black?**

I ordered the black drain separately (from Kraus) and love that it has a cohesive look with the sink being a perfect match. It’s easy to clean and even if you end up with white etching from mineral deposits or harsh cleaners, it can be restored easily (so I have read). So far I haven’t had to do that though. Have had it now for about 6 months. The depth is great and allows me to clean deep pots with no problem. We also haven’t had any issues with scratching the surface. Would definitely purchase again.

The sink is beautiful! Goes perfect with my decor! Not only is this sink affordable but its quality. I got the grey one. It’s also very large & very comfy when washing a lot of dishes. I did have an issue at first, the sink came cracked at every corner but it happened during shipping. I got in contact with the company & they were more than helpful. Chances was able to send us a new sink ASAP. I couldn’t be more happy with their customer service.
