Milk is sweet and alkaline, I would recommend our Classico Napoletano blend because it contains Robusta and it is medium-high roast. Only a full-bodied blend with some acidity can have enough strength to overcome the barrier milk erects against the coffee flavor. I would say that a good way to store the coffee for long terms is in an airtight container in the fridge. **Q: What’s this like for tall blacks?** A: Hi Ignore alien orders, I don't know how coffee is made on other planets, but the little I know is from my experience in this earth, here usually we make a tall black with 4/5 hot water 1/5th espresso, for our coffee I would use a double shot with at least 18 grams to keep a deep flavour and thick cream. Our coffee is low acidity so it doesn't necessarily need milk, that makes it quite suitable to be drank black in my opinion. Excellent price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Tasting Coffee *by M***E on 12 September 2024* Having read a number of reviews about foreign objects being found within the coffee beans such as glass and stones I was a little apprehensive, however I still went ahead with my purchase and now I understand the issue. Please don't be distracted by these reviews as these coffee beans are roasted to perfection and taste great in my espresso machine. The route cause of the issue I believe is the coffee beans and not foreign objects! The coffee beans are lightly roasted meaning that any cheap or integrated grinder would struggle grinding them as even my single dose grinder did initially trip the electric struggling to grins such a light roasted coffee bean.
