It came in good condition, it was very short on my neck, but I'm no skinny which means I have a big neck and was aware when ordering that it would be a tight fit. I was well pleased and had some compliments, which was great. however not long after having it, the crystal star chipped on the points, it was very disappointing considering there was nothing I had done to make this occur, as I always take good care of my jewellery.
