Those I received are all appx. 8.54mm overall, 6mm of which protrudes after install, with a 7.12mm OD shank, and are stainless steel. A 5mm black oxide fastener just clears ID for a snug fit. The eccentric orientation is marked on the exterior with a line that is easier to see than a tiny dot. I will definitely purchase these again - even if OB's price came down to this level. But I had bought these with the pack of 10 idler wheels(they show them being bought together) thinking that they would work together. Well they will not work together. The wheels have a 5mm bore as these have a 5 mm bore. But you need a 7mm id bearing in order for them to work together.
