Review: Quality/Side Pockets for Waterbottles - I typically don't write a review but this item is really nice and durable. I was surprised about the quality. It is better than the backpacks at Target or Walmart. Typically I went through a couple of them since most of the time the straps did not hold that well but mainly because the side pockets for the water bottle ripped. My daughter is 8 years old and very tall. She wears shirt size 10-12. The Medium is a perfect size and if you hesitate...don't. You get a very great backpack for this money. I can only imagine how well made the lunchbox from them must be but $24.99 for the lunch box alone is just a bit too much for me. Ok. I hope this helps.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Zipper broke after 6 months due to stitching coming undone, but customer service was great!

The backpack appears to be good quality. The fabric and material and even the zipper seem sturdy. However, after 6 months the zipper broke because it became unsewn on one side and the zipper fell off. I tried to fix it, but I couldn't. I contacted the seller and they solved the problem quickly on a Saturday morning. GREAT customer service.
