They arrived quickly and I fitted the cyan because I had a warning that it was low. I was slightly worried that the software might reject it, but it worked perfectly, and the warning disappeared. I've yet to fit the other colours, but everything seems fine with the replacement cyan. Yes, I pushed it in to pierce the top and there was ink in the cartridge! It therefore seems I was just unlucky with the ones I got in the first place.
