It suffered from missed keystrokes and unintentional repeats of keys pretty much constantly, to the point of being unusable. Firmware updates, etc., did not solve the problems. But customer service addressed promptly by giving me a refund for the defective keyboard cover. I bought a USB wired keyboard/trackball combo to use with it, that is more my speed anyway, and cost less than the amount of the refund. So overall I'm very happy with the device!
