Casio makes some really nice instruments such as the CTX5000. I love the semi weighted keys, and the customizations is practically endless with advanced features you would find in professional studio keyboards that cost thousands of dollars. Despite the wonderful selection of sounds, and other features, there is a somewhat steep learning curve in getting around the different parameters. I grew up with synths that had a million knobs and sliders. Now, many of the features they controlled are buried in the menu's of the CTX.
