    Mixed feelings.

The art work is ok but I expected better. They are mostly sexy girls. Good for men looking for that and some women but not usually what I go for in art. The other issue I had was It said free 2 day shipping and it was more like 2 weeks.. I am glade I didn't have to pay for the 2 day shipping or I'd be asking for my money back. Over all I am glad I have a steampunk calendar.

Artwork is nice, calendar is good size and so on, but the colors are mostly shades of brown. Note the cover pic? Yeah. Except for a few, that's pretty much the color scheme of the rest of the pictures. Dull. It's May now, and I'm pretty tired of browns. Plus the background of the date pages is a yellow-green that looks slightly bilious. ;) I agree with the other reviewer who thought there weren't enough men, too. In all, ok, but nothing exciting. Who said steampunk has to only come in daguerrotype?

A relative is into Steampunk and has dazzled me with amazing 'costumes' she creates and wears to the groups' gatherings. I figured this calendar would make a nice Christmas gift and was proven right when I heard her delight in it. The 'costumes' shown on the pages of it have  since inspired some of her 'creations'. The success of a gift can hardly be more rewarding.
