Asked for firmware download location... no response. emailed support email... no response as yet.Update 2/15/21:STILL no response. Don't know who those that give positive support accolades are talking to, amazon help referred to seller, who so far has responded to NOTHING. I guess their support is like a "taillight warranty"... got your money, and once the taillights disappear into the distance, you are on your own. A real shame, I have two of these and other than NOT getting support for my firmware question, the image is great and performance is more than acceptable. If I could determine the camera's REAL manufacturer I might have a better chance of locating the upgrades.3/7/21I was dead wrong about the support! Actually, support was very responsive after finally making contact. Response to emails was very timely, and they actually helped solve a firmware upgrade on a camera I purchased over a year ago. The camera takes a beating from the extreme weather conditions in Baja California Mexico. It still performance great. After having some issues and contacting Amazon tech with positive results and limited instructions, the vendor’s support was surprisingly very helpful and sent me pdf info which resulted in a good clear pictures and good zoom. It doesn’t have auto tracking. I the housing speaker was cracked and prontly given a replacement. I place the camera in Baja California Mexico and monitor it from San Diego with good quality picture.
