I have enjoyed using Chef Paul's wide range of seasonings, blackened Magic blends, etc. BUT this one is simply chemical smoke flavour ( it says natural but... ) and heavily oppressive pepper, some celery salt, then some cayenne or cheap ground chilli. What a pity, I would have been fuming IF I had ruined a couple of prime rin eye steaks using this on them, without trying the blend out first.
