I used two products in conjunction with each other: AltraFen & Trioxalin. Since I didn't use them separately, I'm not sure if both were equally effective. Also, a little about myself. I do exercise regularly, and I'm not excessively overweight. I typically weigh around 178, but think a more ideal weight for my body type would be 10 pounds lighter. I have some excess fat in the mid-section that I would be happy to get rid of (that's were the extra 10 pounds are located).I tried both products for 1 month and found that I lost about 4-5 pounds. During that time, I didn't alter my workout or eating habits, so I do attribute the weight loss to the drops. If I was more overweight would I have seen greater results? Not sure. Maybe other reviewers can help with that question. So the reason for giving 4 stars revolves around me not losing as much as I would have liked.Some other thoughts about the Trioxalin. It does contain a variety of ingredients that are reported to be good for you as supplements: a variety of essential amino acids, astragalus root, maca root). So at minimum, you are ingesting ingredients that are good for you and not harmful like many other diet products.
