However, customer service reached out and offered a full refund. I originally purchased this product to put under my sheets and cool me off. The low fan speed means that the cooling action is not very effective, however. It is also not advertised in such a way. This fan does not work very well as a BedJet replacement, but it does put out a lot of heat fast. It also works very well at drying wet shoes.
