Let's start with the pros, the tumbler is well made, feels good in my hand. The bamboo is gorgeous. The inside is porcelain and not stainless steel or plastic which I've found over time gradually leaves a residual "taste" behind which is not at all what I want then drinking my tea. If you want the tea to stay warmer longer, preheat the vessel with hot water for several minutes then discard and add freshly steeped tea.The only con I have is that I can only fit one cup (8 ounces of tea in here). I would LOVE one that held at least 12 ounces but 16 would be ideal. I'm usually taking my tea with me on the go and more is what I'd want. ### ⭐ B U Y E R B E W A R E - NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCT *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on October 31, 2018* This looks and feels great...but it will NOT keep your drink hot very long at all. Not only that, but this is a NON-RETURNABLE product. The bottle doesn't really do a good job of keeping temperature. If you are not very particular about getting a ceramic tea strainer tumbler, I suggest that you look elsewhere.I received the tumbler today and was super excited at first, but now I don't know how I feel. The sticker on the box for the tumbler was already open when it arrived. The bamboo on the tumbler is very pretty and it feels sturdy. But at the bottom of the tumbler, there were a lot of black particles on it. I don't know if that is considered normal or not, but after a little scrub, it all went away so I was fine with it. But the thing that really turned me off was the tea strainer. I was washing/testing hot water in the tumbler with the strainer inside and after I remove the strainer, I saw that there were black marks on the cup. It came off with a wipe but it still turned me off.
