**Q: Its says for pets but is it really good at picking up dog hair**
A: The Hoover is good on hard floors and also if carpet pile isn't too thick. With the pet adapter it is fairly good at picking up hair.

**Q: has anyone found the tools and stick hard to get on and off**
A: The tools aren't a problem
I had difficulty detaching the stick to start with its either getting easier with use or I am getting the back

**Q: Do you have to change filters regularly?**
A: not so often.

**Q: My father bought this for my mother but despite weight she finds it far too heavy to use can we return it even if she’s tried it?**
