Setup took me awhile, but that was my inexperience transferring data to a new phone and pesky email/search companies ie: Google, Microsoft fighting for control of my contacts, data and cloud. Phone was delivered in brand new condition...not a scratch or blemish. Haven't noticed any operation blips at all. Processor is speedy enough for me, camera good, sound good, water resistant good. Make sure you get screen cover shields and phone protector case for drops. It is a bit slippery in the hand like previous LG's I've had.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Doesn't it come with a sim card??**
A: No.  BTW, this was a replacement for my G4 and I thought I could just put the sim card from it into the G6, but they're different.  I just took it to Verizon and they put a new one in for me at no charge.

**Q: Can use wireless charging?**
A: I'm unsure about wireless charging but the charger that I received with the phone is a rapid charger.

**Q: The lg ice platinum i received is by tmobile,  will my AT&T sim card work in it?**
A: No if its locked  and is for Tmobile software installed.

**Q: is the speaker clear?**
A: I haven't had any issues with the clarity of the speaker, but I am not as picky as some might be.  It sounds great to me.

The phone is solid and I recived it in perfect work order. This is my first lg smartphone so it took me a few days to get the hang of the ins and out. 5 stars for the seller and the refurb. 4 stars on the g6 itself. The cameras are stellar the processes are zippy, the price is great. The lg software is a little different than I'm use to, not a big fan of the keyboard response and the volume up/down shortcut keys cannot be remapped. The lock screen shortcuts are a nice workaround and i use them multiple times a day for assistant and my garage door opener. Battery life is more than enought for me, I usually only use 50% a day with average use (streaming podcast and music, Bluetooth, apps and messaging)
