It then stopped working. Tried charging, over and over. Tried any combination of button pressing. My return window, with Amazon, has passed. I figured a strong name like Sennheiser would support their products. Wrong. I've been getting the run around for a couple of weeks; talk to this department, that department, etc, etc. Ughhh. How much time is a person willing to waste on this stuff. Very disappointing.
