She has been taking them as directed for the past few weeks. She hasn't seen any significant results. She hasn't noticed any difference in her face (i.e. facial lines). But she has noticed a difference in her nails, they do not break as easily. As another reviewer mentioned, the required dose for phytoceramides is 350 mg daily for at least a month; these pills only offer 40 mg per capsule. I would not expect to see major improvements with just one bottle of these pills. I like how there are other vitamins in the pill as well (A, C, D and E).
