The only real fitment issue with the OneGrill motor is that its mounting tabs allow the spit drive to sit a little lower than some other motors. This is no problem on my gas grill, as the design of the spit shaft makes it so that the spit is supporting the weight of the motor, but if I were using it on a different grill, the motor bracket could block the spit drive. You could get around this problem by using a bushing like the OneGrill 4PB01, but it’s still something to keep in mind for certain applications. We've gone through a couple corded motors over the years. This motor takes 2 "D" batteries. It turned a 18-pound bird without issue for over 2 hours and never skipped a beat (on batteries).
