All stitching, fabric and buckles were snug and neat. Everything appears to be of good quality, except for the plastic buckle clips. However, even with these clips being plastic they are reinforced well by the fabric. I don't see them breaking easily or anytime soon, unless you perhaps really, and I mean really over pack this bag which is possible to do so.ComfortThe bag is simply one of the best ergonomically designed sling backpacks I have ever used. There is enough padding to support your shoulders, and also extra padding for protection of your spine. Heavy packing is not a problem at all, and the only discomfort is the amount you are able to carry. The bag is really easy to take on and off, and you are able to switch the strap from left or right sling. You can also unclip the bag strap so it just falls off without having to lift over your head.StorageSo many pockets, and slits! For the size of this bag you sure can fit a lot in it. Whether you have a phone, point and shoot camera, books, tablet etc. There are plenty of places to store each, and still keep everything well organized. You can fit a 10.1” tablet, though it is a tight fit and that’s about the biggest size that would do so. It holds a lot but is very compact and easy to store.UseI use it daily five days a week as my commuter bag for work. Some of the downsides include the size. Even though it holds a lot it is tough to fit a whole lot of extra stuff. You will have to decide what you will need for the day, as most of the essential items will take up most of the space. For more than one book, notebooks, or a laptop, a messenger bag or briefcase would be a much better option. For everyday items like phone, light rain jacket, passport, and many other items this bag is perfect. I do have a hard time fitting a lunch box in here with other items in it, but you could use a square container with a thin ice pack and still have room. I went over this bag inch by inch looking for defects and weak points which the only thing I could find might be the plastic clip but I'm not rough on my bags so not worried. In all honesty I could cut them off and find metal versions but overall I'm well satisfied. I will note that the designated "cell phone holder is probably dated because it just fits my back up charger. I prefer a cross body, backpack style bag for a purse and my last one broke. This bag was everything I wanted. It has lots of pockets and extra little ones for things like pens and phones. There is a little pocket in the strap for sunglasses, although mine are too big to fit in it. I keep gum in that one. It has more padding than most purses. Not only is the strap really padded, but so is the back that rests against your back. The grey is nice stylish shade and won't show dirt easily. The zippers and zipper pulls are very sturdy. I love that I can just swing the bag to the front and open to get to the things inside.
