I was rolling my ankles at least 1-2 times per day if walking on uneven ground. I bought one of these to try, .....loved it and immediately ordered another. Haven't rolled an ankle since. Seriously better than when a trainer used to tape my ankles when I was playing college soccer 25 years ago. Highly recommend. Not only lace up nice and tight but the figure 8 strap design really stabilizes from rolling. Only thing I wish they had were longer laces. To put it on and off, I have to unlace the top 3 eyelets and re-lace. Slight added time to deal with this is still a fraction of time it would take to tape your ankles. Still 5-stars. The figure 8 straps were a little confusing to figure out (across the foot, under the foot, hook and loop attach to heel portion of brace).The laces were too short for me to lace up to the top eyelet hook but that isn't the fault of the seller. I just bought new, longer laces and solved the issue. The eyelets are very tight and if you are going to purchase a longer lace, it must be a flat lace to fit under the hook, hooks are made of plastic and not adjustable like a metal hook on an ice skate.Brace feels secure when laced up.
