I used my the wrist straps today on Monday (backday) and I'll tell you this they are comfortable and my grip was amazing. I ended lifting 30lbs extra over my max. In just 30 min my back was filled with blood pumping from all the body just to get me going. I do have weak wrist and I am working on them but with the straps I felt like a saiyan god. Remember it's not the traps that do the lifting but you , the traps just give you extra support to avoid any injuries. I'll update soon after I hit a few legdays.
