But, they corrected it immediately and overnighted the correct item (plus two samplers). I had the Chicken A La King the first time - it cooked well (definitely let it soak until soft, we were in a hurry as it was cold and I ate mine before it got to that point). I won't say the taste was my favorite but I also don't like Chicken A La King in general - my girlfriend though it was great. I am anxious to try the macaroni and cheese on my next strip (I have high expectations for that one). Customer service was excellent; I highly recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good taste if you follow full cooking instructions *by J***0 on July 22, 2016* The taste was pretty good but it depends what you have to cook with. For backpacking, I prefer to use freeze dried products that you can let hot water sit in, and it fully cooks, which did not work with this meal. This pack here required 20 minutes of boiling, which I didn't want to use all of my jetboil fuel on. I gave it a 4 star because the taste was good, but these noodles require a full boil and would be better if you can boil for the full 20 mins. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tasty stuff *by K***A on March 1, 2017* For a freeze dried meal, this is a pretty good addition to your emergency food supply. I would cut back a little on the amount of water recommended. I prefer my chili a bit thicker. But the taste was pretty good and it was a filling meal.
