Highly recommended, and a blood free cheap treat, that you can use in anything. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great value can be used from frozen to save money *by P***N on 21 August 2025* This is gluten-free and great value for money if you keep it frozen and only take out a portion needed for each meal. I use it for pasta dishes mainly and also in curry's and shepherds pie. It can be cooked from frozen and added straight into pasta or curry sauce. It doesn't need much cooking only about 5 minutes.
