Every one.Wide butterfly shape feels amazing.I lay mine under the hot running water to absorb it so when it's time to use it, it feels like a heating pad encapsulates my back, which, with sciatica, is a huge plus.The hook to hang to dry is very sturdy and a huge benefit, along with the washing machine bag.Cons:I'm the only one with this issue so maybe I'm allergic to the fabric but it's SOOO ITCHY to me. I get used to it after a while or use a towel but for the first couple of minutes it feels like I'm crawling outta my skin.Suction cups, like in every other pillow I've used, just don't work. I've tried every trick in the book.
