I like it so much more than physical therapy, and I'm so pleased with how much better I'm doing! When I was on the 2nd section of this video series, I stopped doing physical therapy for 4 weeks whilst doing these video exercises. I went back to physical therapy after those 4 weeks just to say thanks for the help and to discontinue. The physical therapist expected me to be nearly starting over again, but was surprised to find that I had progressed dramatically! I told them thanks for everything (and in my mind, I was thanking the Lord that I found the Hip and Knee series.) The exercises are simple to follow, you don't need a lot of equipment, and the dvd is divided into levels, so you can do more difficult exercises as you progress, or back down to the first level of you are having a painful day. I continue to use the dvd now that I have had surgery and my PT is complete, and it helps me retain and continue to improve my flexibility in both knees.
