It took a couple of weeks to notice the difference, I do feel calmer and definitely sleep better once I fall asleep. I recommend only to take them with food, as I had bad acid indigestion for the first couple of days, until my body adjusted to them. I also titrated them into my system, so 1 of a morning for the first two weeks then increased to one tablet twice a day after that; this was on advice from those who'd used it before. I had a friend who said she felt more lethargic on them than before, she was taking them for sleep issues, I've not noticed this though. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very vivid dreams *by M***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 January 2020* These work; once they get into your system you'll find your dreams are very vivid (as in, you can remember lots of detail when you wake up).They also help with SAD type disorders by increasing the levels of serotonin in your brain; I really struggle in winter in the UK with the permanently grey skies and lack of sunlight but I wouldn't be without these now.
