**Q: Im 6 ft 220. 36in waist will  Xl fit**
A: I am 6'7", 245, 38 waist and 36 inseam.  I fit in the "US Large" but it is tight ... particularly in my thighs (I ride a bike a lot).  My next pair will be a "US XL".   I particularly have to work them carefully to get over my ankle (making that around the bend of my size 17 feet us a struggle).   They are a bit short but they are long enough to have my socks cover them.  I would say you should be fine in the "US XL".

**Q: Is there a difference in warmth between the heatlock and the regular thermal?**
A: Well.. I can say about this thermal. I found its quality better than a regular thermal, provides more warmth. I liked the product.

**Q: What do i wear under this?**
A: I gave them away. I bought large, have a 36" waist, these were about a 32" waist. I gave them away. I was using them as thermal underwear, so I would wear nothing under them.

**Q: Does this get heavy when wet?**
A: No, it’s pretty nice in that since. It’s light and dose a pretty good job of moving the moisture to the outside layers keeping your skin dry. I give this company a 2 thumbs up.
