Not too sticky but still relatively thick so it lasts a little longer than the regular lip balm. Very hydrating, and I absolutely love the color in Whisper. It's got enough color pay-off to be worn alone as a nice sheer shade but can add some dimension when layered on top of other products, too. I did notice it can smear lipstick if you layer too much on top, and I wish it lasted just a little bit longer.
