However, I thought I'd try myself and for a bit over £10 and 10 minutes work you can replace this yourself very easily with just a screwdriver. Fitted perfectly. Review: Great - Fitted the washing machine as stated and works well very pleased :) ## Features - Genuine Hotpoint Spare Parts Washing Machine Door Handle Kit C00285747 - Product Type: Microwave Oven - Brand: Hotpoint ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01M0IVRDF | | Best Sellers Rank | 1,852,684 in Home & Kitchen ( See Top 100 in Home & Kitchen ) 1,265 in Washing Machine Doors | | Colour | White | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 4.4 out of 5 stars (131) | | Date First Available | 21 Sept. 2016 | | Human interface input | Buttons | | Item Weight | 140 g | | Item model number | 164384-9 | | Other display features | Wireless | | Product Dimensions | 21 x 17 x 14 cm; 140 g | | Special features | Timer Function, Advanced Control Buttons | | What’s in the box | Door Handle, Installation Kit | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Hotpoint - **Colour:** White - **Special feature:** Timer Function, Advanced Control Buttons - **Recommended uses for product:** Reheating leftovers, Defrosting frozen foods, Melting ingredients, Cooking quick snacks, Preparing microwave-friendly meals and dishes - **Material:** Stainless Steel - **Included components:** Door Handle, Installation Kit - **Controller type:** Button - **Human interface input:** Buttons - **Item weight:** 0.14 Kilograms - **Timer function:** Timer Function Available ## Images ![Genuine Hotpoint Spare Parts Washing Machine Door Handle Kit C00285747 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51LrATQ9LuL.jpg) ![Genuine Hotpoint Spare Parts Washing Machine Door Handle Kit C00285747 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51Zuq+GaJAL.jpg) ![Genuine Hotpoint Spare Parts Washing Machine Door Handle Kit C00285747 - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51z9F6kNH4L.jpg) ![Genuine Hotpoint Spare Parts Washing Machine Door Handle Kit C00285747 - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51cYzkJsHrL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect replacement part *by A***N on 8 April 2021* These handles appear to break every couple of years due to the design and when it first broke I considered getting a new washing machine rather that paying a call out fee and getting someone to fix it. However, I thought I'd try myself and for a bit over £10 and 10 minutes work you can replace this yourself very easily with just a screwdriver. Fitted perfectly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great *by J***H on 25 October 2023* Fitted the washing machine as stated and works well very pleased :) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheap, easy fix to a very common issue. *by L***W on 22 January 2023* I can't remember how many times I've had these doors brake on me over the years. This item does as expected. It's a perfect replacement for the models stated and takes 5-30 minutes to replace depending on how fiddly it gets. Has been replaced for 2 months and is as strong as the first day, no wear or tear. Very happy and easy to replace, don't waste your money on a repair guy/shop or worse, a new washing machine! --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/70571235-genuine-hotpoint-spare-parts-washing-machine-door-handle-kit-c00285747](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/70571235-genuine-hotpoint-spare-parts-washing-machine-door-handle-kit-c00285747) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
