This isn’t your tangy, quirky type of sour - its a much more intense, eye-watering, acidic sourness that doesn’t really compare to anything else consumable. Toxic waste candy I would say are about a fifth of the sourness of these cherries - if you’ve ever tried toxic waste, you know this is serious. When the sourness breaks down, it becomes a deliciously sweet hard candy with a sherbet-liquid interior that begins to extract out after you get through the sour coating.Do not consume excessively because you WILL get mouth ulcers and the malic acid. will damage the coating on your teeth.
