Not all the time but, sometimes. I recommend taking with food. I feel much better when I don't take it on an empty stomach. The number one thing that I noticed about this oregano oil is that it has worked like a miracle for my fingernail growth. I have never been able to grow healthy fingernails. They have always been thin, brittle, and break easily. Since I've been taking this every day, my fingernails are healthier than they have EVER been. I imagine if my fingernails are this much better, than the rest of my body is hopefully improving as well. I will keep taking this brand and recommend it to everyone. This really is a miracle oregano oil!!!

I definitely recommend this brand of Oregano Oil. I have been using oregano oil for years and I think this one may be my favorite.
