Technically speaking, I'd say that they stimulate me enough to remember to take them.Either way, within 20 minutes or the time it takes to drink a glass of milk slowly, I'm knocked out, and I get a much better and deeper sleep.100% worth trying if you have issues with insomnia for any reason, but the help adhd and remembering to take it is key.
