With a 15-minute playtime, it combines simple rules and deep strategy as players draft tiles to build a shared wilderness map, competing to place campfires in high-scoring locations. Its compact size and replayability make it perfect for travel and quick, thoughtful gameplay sessions that sharpen logical thinking and planning skills. ## Description Venture into the untamed wilderness and compete to build the most strategic campsite in Tic Tac Trek, a light yet engaging two-player tile placement board game. Combining simple rules with clever tactical choices, this compact strategy game challenges players to explore, plan, and claim the best camping spots as the map unfolds. Players take turns drawing tiles from a bag and placing them into a shared play area, gradually building a landscape of wilderness paths and open spaces. While the gameplay is easy to learn, every placement matters. Carefully positioning tiles can create opportunities to form three-in-a-row patterns, which allow players to place one of their valuable campfire tokens onto the board. Campfires represent your claim to the wilderness and are the key to scoring points. At the end of the game, each campfire earns points based on the empty spaces surrounding it. The more open wilderness around your campfire, the higher the score. This creates a clever strategic puzzle as players try to place campfires near unexplored territory while also limiting scoring opportunities for their opponent. As the tile bag empties and the wilderness fills in, the board becomes a dynamic battlefield of careful placement and forward planning.
