Refrigeration does extend the life of rosehip oil in my experience. I got a 4 oz of another brand, & it often lost its vibrancy & efficiency before I could finish it. I started refrigerating it the next bottle I got, & it’s last much longer. I also keep the majority in the original bottle in the fridge, & just have a small one I fill every week or two that I keep in room temperature =) **Q: Is rosehip or different from rosehip seed oil? Is it normal for this product to have a distinct, fishy odor?** A: This wonderful rose hip oil has a deep amber color and a rich, earthy aroma. No fish smell at all. Within a couple weeks I noticed a difference and her face looks youthful and is soft and hydrated instead of dry. A year later she still uses this and it has reduced fine lines and reversed other signs of aging typical of mature skin. She uses all the Kosmea products with great results and comments often on how much she loves these natural products and wishes she found them 30 years ago! They work better than all the commercial products full of toxic ingredients she used to use.
