I freaked out a lot until the kind people at Amazon fixed it! Despite that horrific event, the plush came in and it was... well, it's very large, soft and is pretty adorable, but the head is pretty much like an odd egg shape. It's off-putting up close, but at a distance, it really makes a plush pile look interesting and good! I wish I had noticed that when I was ordering but was preoccupied with my daughter insisting I order it right then. My fault as if I researched it I could have figured it out, but wish it was posted in an obvious spot. It's not bad quality or anything but it does look a little different. Meaning you can tell if you are familiar with the tomy brand pokemon toys. One of the ears is a little lumpy,etc. Not a big deal though as it was cheaper and free shipping regardless of whether you spend $35 or not.
