It was missing the cable the keycap puller and the switch puller. After contacting the official monsgeek support they immediately reached out to me offering all the missing parts without any problems, even tho i didnt want to refund the whole product because the keyboard itself was already showing good results. Soon after the package was sent from China it took a while to deliver, no wonder, but everything was working excellent. I am using this keyboard for 4 month already in order to type an honest review and so far this keyboard is exceeding all my expectations. The sound is actually better than my previous mechanical one which costed like 4 times more. The features of TMR are also insanely stable in use. Feels like a very expensive keyboard with new features and proved me not everything is about the price. Also big thanks to Alessia from customer service who was helping me all the time.
