Then spent two hours trying unsuccessfully to import contacts and read the media card. Nice phone, would have liked to have kept it but met a mountain of problems. UPDATE Worked out what I was doing wrong. Now able to copy contacts and media onto mobile. Will keep phone afterall. Have increased stars to a full five.
